The trail starts by following Lung Ha Wan Road on the left at the junction of Clearwater Bay Road ahead from the roundabout of Tai Au Mun Road. Along the road, it slowly descend with a few shade trees and becomes peaceful away from the village. Heading near the coast, you could take a flight of steps on the left that leads down to the shore, where there is a remnant of ancient rock carving and offers a scenic view over Port Shelter. Continuing on along the trail, it heads to the equestrian school.
Tai Leng Tung
Follow Lung Ha Wan Country Trail uphill from the right of the entrance of the equestrian school. Pass through the public toilet, then take the stone steps on the right. Up ahead, it opens up that could look back far over Port Shelter and Jin Island. Further up to the gentle slopes, it even offers a panoramic view far to the islands and the archipelago near High Island. Gazing down at left the coast, you could see a small sand island, like a hat, leaning on a hill among the jade green water. Along the trail, it leads up to the hilltop of Tai Leng Tung. Toward the east, overlooking the unlimited horizon of Pacific Ocean and deeply breathing are relaxing and exhilarating.
Tai Hang Tun
Heading the trail downhill, the golf course, beach of Clearwater Bay and Po Toi O could be seen along the way. After the descent, it leads to the car park in Clear Water Bay Country Park and then follows Clearwater Bay Road to the bus stop at Tai Au Mun Road.
Summary
It is impressive for the rocky shore, the tidemark along it and the peculiar rocks in perfect harmony with the jade green water. Moreover, climbing Tai Leng Tung, it also gives a full view around the sublime scenery from the landscapes.
